An installation created for LEXUS at Milan Design Week 2024. Surrounding the next-generation EV “LF-ZC,” a series of illuminated sculptures and a monumental 30-meter-wide screen were all crafted from handmade washi paper from Echizen, Fukui. Projected onto the screen was a slowly shifting horizon—from dawn to dusk—silently reflecting the brand’s ongoing pursuit of new frontiers beyond the visible edge.

ミラノデザインウィーク2024におけるLEXUSのためのインスタレーション作品。次世代EV「LF-ZC」を囲むように配置されたスカルプチャー群の光の演出と、背後に広がる幅30メートルにおよぶ巨大なスクリーンは、すべて福井・越前の手漉き和紙によって構成されている。スクリーンには、夜明けから日没へと刻々と変化する水平線の情景が映し出され、その彼方へと探求を続けるブランドの姿勢が静かに重ねられている。
